Gulf Racing will enter the World Endurance Championship next year with a pair of Lola prototypes. The team, which is run by former Spa 24 Hours winner Fabien Giroix, fielded a GTE Aston Martin in this year's Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, but is stepping up to the LMP2 category next year. "This year, with the quality of the new LMP2 Lola coupe and the driver pairings we will have, we are aiming to win the world championship and to obtain victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 category," said Giroix.
