Frank Williams says he would like to see Qatar host a Formula 1 Grand Prix in the future, as he put the team's name forward in support of the country's bid to become the first Middle Eastern nation to host the FIFA World Cup in 2022. Speaking during the Aspire4Sport conference in Doha, the team principal told the Gulf Times that the Losail venue, which currently hosts MotoGP's season-opener and the category's only night race, could easily be adapted to put on an F1 grand prix.
