Finale red-flagged after huge crash
The final round of the IndyCar Series has been red flagged at Las Vegas following a horrendous 13-car pile-up after 12 laps. The crash was triggered when Sebastian Saavedra's Conquest Racing car clipped James Hinchcliffe's Newman/Haas machine on the run into Turn 1. Saavedra got loose in Turn 2, and this triggered further collisions, with Will Power's Penske car was one of many to fly high into the air after being left with nowhere to go
