Indian GP to hold minute?s silence

Formula 1 personnel will hold a minute's silence in memory of Dan Wheldon and Marco Simoncelli ahead of the Indian Grand Prix. Following discussions between the drivers, the teams and the FIA, the event will take place at the front of the starting grid at 2.45pm local time - 15 minutes before the start of the race. A number of F1 drivers have paid tribute to both Wheldon and Simoncelli, who were killed in racing accidents over the past fortnight, over the Indian GP weekend by wearing special stickers and armbands.
